Koveral provides AI-powered lead follow-up, appointment booking, pipeline management, and related automation services to local businesses. Services are delivered on a monthly subscription basis at a flat rate of $750/month unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You must be at least 18 years old and a legal business owner or authorized representative to use our services. By agreeing to these terms, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Payment is due monthly in advance. We use Stripe to process payments securely. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the agreed monthly fee. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fee. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months of service.
By using our services, you authorize Koveral to send SMS messages on your behalf to your opted-in contacts. You are responsible for ensuring your leads and customers have properly consented to receive SMS communications. You agree not to use our services to send unsolicited messages or spam.
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates applicable regulations including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, or carrier messaging guidelines. You are solely responsible for the content of messages sent through our platform.
All content, branding, and materials on koveral.com are the property of Koveral. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our materials without prior written consent.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results, including lead conversion rates or revenue outcomes. We are not liable for any interruptions in third-party services (GoHighLevel, Stripe, carriers) that affect service delivery.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Koveral shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fort Bend County, Texas.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
